Cuius Veritas — meaning Who Owns the Truth? — is an original oil painting created in 2020.
The work brings together a number of symbols that invite different interpretations and raise questions about truth, belief and perception.
Among them are the Triquetra and the All-Seeing Eye, together with circular silver forms that recur throughout many of my works. These elements create a visual language of mystery, symbolism and reflection.
Colour is another important part of Cuius Veritas. The painting combines jewel tones such as emerald, amethyst and sapphire with turquoise and silver, creating depth, luminosity and contrast.
