My Oil Paintings

Explore my collection of original oil paintings, created in a dialogue between colour, movement and expression. I often work on a larger scale, using spatulas, brushes, cloth, fingers and other tools to build texture, depth and energy. Strong colours are central to my work, although at times I strip the palette back and allow an image to emerge gradually from darkness.

Each painting is an original work by Swedish contemporary artist Ewa Borin.
