Have you seen the fantastic pictures taken by the James Webb telescope?

Webb is an international program led by NASA with its partners, ESA (European Space Agency) and CSA (Canadian Space Agency).
For as long as I can remember I have been inspired by space and sometimes I reflect this inspiration in my works, as in this artwork, painted in strong, color-saturated watercolor.

The James Webb telescope has been launched into space and is therefore not affected by the Earth’s atmosphere. Because the telescope can depict the universe with unprecedented clarity, scientists will also be able to see the chemical composition and atmosphere of distant planets and find out if they are habitable. Webb will be able to observe galaxies that formed about 400 million years after the big bang.

I like to look at photos taken of the Carina Nebula, which is a young, star-forming region displaying “Cosmic Cliffs” about 8500 light years from Earth.

With that being said - Are you ready for a space trip??
