At the crossroads

A new path. Where does it lead you? Where do you want to go?

We all find ourselves at crossroads from time to time, faced with choices that may change our direction. What would have happened if I had chosen that path instead of this one? Perhaps some questions can never be answered.

A New Path is an original oil painting created primarily in deep blue and green tones. I have worked with the colours both separately and together, exploring different shades and contrasts to create depth, movement and a sense of transition.

At first, the painting may appear dark and contemplative. But as light moves across the canvas, the work begins to change. Colours, contrasts and textures emerge more clearly, revealing new dimensions within the surface.
