Space Flower XI - Original shimmering watercolor painting on paper

This work changes shape several times a day. Depending on what light it appears in, you see the change. In ordinary daylight, colors, luster and shades appear in one way, in dim afternoon light - the experience becomes something completely different. But direct a spotlight and the change becomes dramatic, the work comes to life and begins to sparkle. I have previously painted space flowers in oil, and in a larger format. This is my second work in shimmering watercolors. The uniqueness of the colors offers this transformation.
